Culture at Unilab

The culture is quite fun and friendly! Unilab has several activities and events that bring a sense of togetherness among employees (sports tournament, Bayanihan Day, team-buildings, founders day, recognition of employees, celebration of milestones, etc.)

Cliche as it may sound but culture is close to that of a family. We work a lot with different teams since our functions are interdependent. We respect work schedules and have fun after work hours even with our immediate head/ supervisor.

I could say that the culture here in Unilab is relatively close to a family. Caring.

Family type of culture wherein Bayanihan always comes first and full of opportunities for career growth.
