Your role

• You will oversee the planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, monitoring, and controlling of the activities of treasury operations.
• You will facilitate the prompt opening and closing of bank accounts and preparation of documents and other requirements and secures the most cost-effective rate for bank charges and expenses.
• You will manage the liquidity of the company by processing daily cash position, getting the balances of accounts, funding the necessary disbursement requirements, and executing funds transfers.
• You will be responsible for carrying out the cash management and treasury responsibilities by providing adequate analysis of cash flows (cash flow forecasting) to ensure the liquidity of the company.
• You will evaluate, develop and implement cash management systems to optimize efficiencies.
• You will manage relationships with financial service providers, and seek to maintain a positive professional relationship with partner banks and financial institutions.
• You will assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures.
• You will provide input into the department's goal-setting process and contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

About you

• You are a degree in Bachelor of Science in Financial Management, Economics, or Accounting.
• Experience in Treasury is preferable, but not mandatory
• Preferably, you have previous exposure to (full-time or internship are both okay) Treasury operations.
• You have strong stakeholder management and good relationships with financial institutions and service providers.
• You are knowledgeable in accounting software preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• You are excellent in both written and verbal communication as you will be interacting with cross-functional teams. The clarity of your communications will greatly contribute to the performance and effectiveness of the whole team.
• You are approachable, inspire trust, and are always proactive while being able to remain calm under stress and uncertainty.
• You have strong analytical and critical skills and problem-solving aptitude. Attention to detail.
